We welcome Jessie from the Downtown Oshkosh BID and Caitlin from Visit Oshkosh for the first time on the Barkada Podcast on Episode 34!

Jessie and Caitlin talk about how they met at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh while taking the same major and how they both ended up working in the same space at the Oshkosh Convention and Visitor's Bureau.

We get into all things DORA, the new Downtown Oshkosh Refreshment Area and what we hope to turns out to be after the first year of the pilot.

Lots of events coming up with EAA and other Downtown happenings and we end up discovering that Harry Potter's Birthday is being celebrated in town at a couple of businesses near by at Caramel Crisp and M Toxins on Sunday, July 31st!

With our discussion of Harry Potter, we talk about the different houses of Hogwarts and assign some homework for Jessie and Caitlin to take their tests so we can talk about it some more on their next visit!
